Introduction to Bomba

Learn about the rich history and culture of Bomba every Thursday night in our Introduction to Bomba class. Instructor Chris Rodriguez will be using the essential instruments and rhythms of Afro-Puerto Rican Bomba to teach about social well-being.
Through group drumming and dance, students will learn what it means to connect to oneself and to create as well as sustain a supportive, harmonious community. If you are looking for a new approach towards improving your overall health, then this may be the class for you.
Parasols by Marisol

Join us for Parasols by Marisol. With over 25 years of experience in early childhood education and passion for fine arts, Marisol Rodriquez specializes in encouraging the inner creativity of her students.

Oil Painting Portraiture

Join us for our Oil Painting Portraiture Class led by the professional artist and instructor, Kyeong Kun No. Every Friday night, Kyeong will teach students the key elements of figurative realism and attain an in-depth understanding of how to capture the essence of a live portrait model.
From color theory to lighting to underpainting, this class mimics how the Old Masters taught their apprentices as well as the many existing ateliers that teach traditional oil painting. If you have always wanted to learn oil painting, in particular, portraiture, you won’t want to miss this class.
Macramé (Youths)

Join us for Macramé (Youths). From pillows to blankets to handbags, Yamilka Castellanos will instruct students how to create their very own macramé masterworks.
By the end of this class, students will have mastered the various knot techniques and sophisticated cord designs that make up the art of macramé.
