Intermittent fasting, the practice of withholding food for specific periods of time, has been used for religious reasons for many centuries. Recently, it has gained popularity as a weight loss strategy, compared to more traditional calorie restriction.
This webinar will review the current research on the main types of intermittent fasting for improved metabolic outcomes, as well as its limitations.
