The “Art of Handmade Pasta Making” with pasta chef Lisa Britting is an adult class taking place on Tuesday, November 15 at 6:30pm, a hands on experience at the Totowa Library, located at 537 Totowa Road, Totowa N.J. 07512. Learn how to make malloreddus pasta from the Sardinia Region of Italy! Chef Lisa will review the art of pasta making, including measuring and combining ingredients, rolling out dough, and all the do’s and don’ts of the process!
