Preakness Valley Park is a 377-acre space on the border of Wayne and Totowa. The park contains the Preakness Valley Golf Course, which is a public 36-hole, full-service golf course with a clubhouse, caddy house, practice facilities, and associated maintenance facilities. Memberships are available to both Passaic County residents and non-residents. The Dey Mansion, a historic house museum which served as General George Washington’s headquarters during 1780, is also located within the park.
