Artist Talk With Charlie Rauh and Christina Rauh Fishburne

New York City based author & musician, Charlie Rauh, will be presenting his debut book: Simply, Patiently, Quietly: An Approach to Creating Intentional Music.* The book is a collection of original essays, art, and notated songs that examine how the intentional use of multiple disciplines to engage in the creative process is beneficial. He will be joined by children’s book author and illustrator, Christina Rauh Fishburne, who created the pen and ink drawings as seen in the book.

The evening will feature select readings, an exploration of Christina’s creative process while drafting the illustrations that accompany Charlie’s work, and a solo guitar performance by Charlie featuring a selection of songs from several albums that are available in the book. All are welcomed, especially those in a creative rut!
