Tea with Dolley Madison

Carol McKinney, noted First Lady re-enactor portrays First Lady, Dolley Madison for our Meeting on April 16th.
She encourages questions as her dialogue progresses.
Dolley Madison was the first President’s wife to be referred to as “First Lady.” She is credited with being the key figure in Madison’s re-election to a second term as well as unofficial social hostess to Washington D.C. society for more than fifty years and personally knew the first twelve presidents.
