Introduction to Bomba

Learn about the rich history and culture of Bomba every Wednesday night in our Introduction to Bomba class. Instructor Chris Rodriguez will be using the essential instruments and rhythms of Afro-Puerto Rican Bomba to teach about social well-being.
Through group drumming and dance, students will learn what it means to connect to oneself and to create as well as sustain a supportive, harmonious community. If you are looking for a new approach towards improving your overall health, then this may be the class for you.
